If an event is to be cancelled by the Club due to FORCE MAJEUR, all participants will be eligible for a refund of 100% of the registration fees.

Cancellations made 6 weeks or more prior to the event will be eligible for a refund of 100% of the registration fees paid minus a $125 administration fee.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fees paid.

​

If your vehicle does not pass technical inspection at the track on the day of the event this will be considered as a "no-show" and you will not be eligible for any refund.

 

All other cancellations will be considered as a "no-show" and will not be eligible for any refund.
